Counseling – Individual, Couples, and Group
I love working with people to reach their goals in a variety of ways. I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups. The counseling process allows us to establish rapport, examine the challenges you are experiencing, develop goals, and work towards those goals over time.
Mediation services can help promote productive communication and help people establish an acceptable solution. I utilize my communication skills to help facilitate conversations between, couples, families, and friends that lead to peaceful resolutions. During the mediation process, I focus on the wellness of all parties who are directly or indirectly impacted. I aim to help people achieve closure to the disputes that are negatively impacting their lives.
Workshops & Speaking
I love to bring positive and uplifting messages to groups, agencies, places of employment, places of worships, schools, etc. Some of the topics I enjoy speaking about include:
- Following Your Inner Compass – Focusing on your intuition and learning to follow those instincts, setting boundaries and developing the ability to say no.
- Goal Getters – Learn how to set kind and realistic goals, define success for yourself, and reshape the way you think about failure.
- Adding Self-Compassion to Your Diet - A healthy mindset leads to a healthy body, explore the mind body connection, focus on reshaping your views of diet and exercise, and examine how self-compassion leads to resiliency and can help people stay on track to reach their goals.
- Invest in Yourself – Examine self-care and wellness, look at the multiple areas that contribute to a person’s wellness, develop a plan to get on the path to wellness.
I am open to exploring other workshop topics if you have a particular interest or need.
