Groups

Group work can be powerful in helping people feel connected and validated. Often we feel like we are the only ones struggling with an issue. This is simply not true! The issue is that most people do not admit when they are having problems for fear of being vulnerable. Admitting weaknesses or struggles opens us up to vulnerability.

The power of group work lies in the numbers. It can be helpful for clients to feel connected and hear the stories of others. It creates a sense of belonging and oneness. We rise by lifting each other up. You can experience healing by promoting the healing and wellness of others.

Groups are closed and run from 6 – 8 weeks. Some of the groups include:
