Bridging the Gap
Between Teens and Parents
The most common complaint I hear from teens is that parents don’t listen, don’t understand, or don’t care how they feel. I have also worked with enough loving parents to know that’s not the case. So, what’s the disconnect? ️
Parents can play a powerful role in their child’s healing if they can get their teen to open up and have the right tools to support them. That’s why I wrote my book, Your Daughter Doesn’t Have to Be Miserable: An Approach to Supporting Your Teenage Daughter Through Depression.
Speaking of my book, I am determined to get it into as many hands as possible so parents can feel empowered to help their teens heal.
But I also know that a book doesn’t cut it for some people. So, I developed a companion course that includes recorded lessons, live group coaching, and a private FB group for community and support.
